Calling all citizen scientists! Burning for Birds Conservation Collaborative partners will host a one-day bioblitz event on Saturday, May 30th at multiple project sites across the Southeast. The event will allow the public to explore project sites where prescribed fire will be applied to manage and improve habitat for the project’s target bird species. Participants will be recording birds spotted during the event to the Collaborative’s brand new eBird project page! All events are free and open to the public. See below for specific details for each event taking place on May 30th.
